The Human Behind the Care.

We were all born to die, yet there is a profound art to dying that our modern world has largely forgotten.

Over the course of my life and my twenty-plus years in clinical nursing, I have watched individuals get completely lost in their diagnoses. I watched families surrender their autonomy to the healthcare system, unsure of how to set boundaries or advocate for what they truly wanted. We are conditioned to release control of our decision-making when faced with a life-changing illness. We are taught to battle the aging process and to fear the very natural experience of death.

I fundamentally believe that we must reclaim our agency. My work is dedicated to empowering and educating individuals and families, ensuring you are aware of the choices you possess and feel entirely empowered to make decisions in your own best interest. I am counting on younger generations to step up and innovate how we handle mortality, but my charge to my own generation is to be present, embrace our full selves, and model hope.

Bridging the Gap in Clinical Care.

I provide a layer of support that complements medical care, addressing the emotional, relational, and practical needs that consistently go unmet in clinical settings.

I serve as a trusted extension of care for referring professionals in Culpeper, Fredericksburg, and Charlottesville, working alongside doctors, hospice teams, and therapists to ensure patients are emotionally regulated and families communicate effectively.
